"DIGITAL ONLY, 2012-2013 RECESSION-RECOVERY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE" $2000
With the abundance of digital cameras, and so many un-experienced amateurs owning them and calling themselves “Wedding Photographers”, remember that the most important factor in selecting a Wedding Photographer today is that Photographer’s Inherent Skill, Talent, Experience and “Eye”. After that, nothing else really matters. It’s all in your Photographer’s Proven Ability to capture those once in a lifetime special moments. That being said, I can now offer my 25+ years of Wedding Photography skill and know-how to you at nearly one half the cost of my usual standard starting package. Here are the details, laid out in a very short and concise form.
- I will be with you for up to 12 Hours of Wedding Day Photography coverage, capturing an unlimited number of images of your special day. You will receive DVD’s containing all of the Copyright Free, Adjusted and Edited Hi-Resolution Digital Images captured on your Wedding Day. Just into my 2012 season I am averaging around 2500+ Images per Wedding. That’s it. No Printed Proofs, No Albums, Just All of your Full Sized Digital Images, which will allow you yourself to print and enlarge all of your favorites, whenever, and wherever you may wish.
- Included at NO CHARGE is a Complete, Password Protected Online Gallery, which will be posted with all of your final, edited Wedding Event Images…I provide Professionally Printed Gallery Password Cards for each place setting at your Reception, which will allow your family and guests to view, and if desired order their favorite images directly online. Posted Galleries will remain online for a minimum of one year.
- Your Cost………$2000 (plus tax)….which is $1500 less than my Standard Base Package w/Prints & Proof Album, or 48 Image Legacy Album.
- Add up to 4 hours of Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner Coverage if you wish, on the night before, for only an additional $300. Same deal, DVD of all of the Copyright Free, Hi-Resolution Images and No Printed Proofs. Rehearsals more than 50 miles from Horseheads, NY will be priced slightly higher. Let’s talk about it.
The only way you are going to get a better deal on the absolute best Wedding Photography in the Finger Lakes area, is that if next year I have to come out with my: 2012 Depression Wedding Photography Package…let’s hope it doesn’t get to that!!! That one will most likely consist of me shooting your Wedding for FREE, if you will Feed Me at your Reception!

"THE COMPLETE PHOTOARTISTRY ALBUM PACKAGE" $3500
- Complete Wedding Day photographic coverage by Rick Bacmanski (described in detail earlier in this text).
- Rick will shoot only one Wedding per day, & I will not be rushing from your event because I have to shoot another.
- To be best prepared, I will attend your Wedding rehearsal, unless I am committed to photograph another wedding on that same day. If I am unable to attend the Rehearsal and Dinner, you may deduct $300 from my Package Price. If invited to the rehearsal dinner, I'll also shoot memories from that fun event for you!
- Depending upon the size and complexity of your wedding, I estimate that I shoot an average of 2500 or more photographs, from all of your Rehearsal & Wedding day activities. (Described in detail earlier in this text).
- Photographs will be shot using top of the line Nikon Digital D3s Camera’s providing Hi-Resolution Digital Images. Weddings can also be shot on film if desired by you, for a higher price. Please inquire if this option is of interest to you.
- Your will receive ONE of either of these two following options:
- THE PRINT OPTION FOR WEDDINGS TOTALING UP TO 1500 PRINTS ONLY: For weddings with more than 1500 final images, an added charge of $125 for each additional 250 images will apply ($.50 per print). This additional charge is necessary due to greatly increased professional paper and lab costs over the last few years.
- 1500 of your edited images, as 4” x 6” Professionally Printed Prints, in Fine, Top Quality, Fabric Covered Presentation Boxes. These Presentation Boxes will contain the final, best selection of photographs taken from your Wedding Weekend Shoot. (This option of printing every single image is really great for Scrapbookers too!)

- THE 48 PAGE LEGACY ALBUM OPTION: The 48 Page Legacy Album Upgrade, as described in more detail below, which will contain 24 pages, with 48 mounts (sides) to hold 48 of your personally selected, favorite 8" x 10" Photographs from your Wedding Weekend.
- You will also receive Digital DVD’s containing all of the FULL SIZE image files shot. This will allow you to print them, e-mail them, or show them and view them on your home or workplace computer.
- OPTIONAL: Additional Digital DVD sets will be available for purchase as gifts for Wedding attendants, relatives etc. for the price of $150 a set. Purchase 3 or more sets and the price drops to $100 a set.
- $1000 deposit is due at the time of booking. $750 more prior to Wedding Date, with remaining balance due upon receipt of finished photographs & DVD’s.
- For Weddings outside of the immediate Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, and Ithaca, New York area additional travel charges, as well as lodging (in most cases) will be added to my standard pricing. Additional $$ charges for some selected areas:

Additional Complete Sets of up to Qty. of 2500 Wedding Day Prints
$850
- Should you desire or require additional sets of 4” x 6” prints, for Parents, Relatives or Friends, and additional complete set can be ordered and printed at the same time your original set of prints is processed, at a cost of $800. This price is a considerable savings simply because we are having the second set of prints done at the same time the originals are done, and my lab can do the extra printing at a much more cost effective rate as compared to having re-prints done at a later time.
- Just into the 2012 Wedding Season I have been averaging 2500+ prints per Wedding. Having an extra set or two saves you a lot of work in that you don’t have to go through all of the entire Wedding photographs later, and pick and chose each print, find and select the digital files, take them to the lab, then pay much higher individual re-print prices.
- If additional sets of prints are desired, I will need to know this fact before we depart the Wedding Day events, because your processing and printing usually begins within a day or two after your Wedding.
"THE TRADITIONAL - LEGACY ALBUM UPGRADE" $4000 - $4250 - $4500
- In addition to everything listed above as being contained in the Complete PhotoArtistry Package this upgrade provides couples with an intermediately priced, classy, more traditional, finished black leather like Album, as opposed to the new age DIGITAL qualities found in my top package, "DESIGNER SERIES COFFEE TABLE ALBUM PACKAGE " . It allows couples to choose the size of the album which best works with their wedding budget. Couples may choose to select an album containing 24, 36, or 48 breathtaking, Luster Finished Professionally Printed Images.
- After receiving your Wedding proofs and viewing all of your Wedding Day images, you may then choose to select your favorite 24 or 36 or 48 images which will be preserved in 8" x 10" or 5” x 7” format on traditionally styled pages in a Professional 10" x 10" Album, crafted and produced by the GP Album Company.
- The Traditional Legacy Album is created with the finest quality materials; luxurious leather like cover, rounded spine, Platinum Black Non-acetate inserts and mats combine for a final traditional classic and elegant look.

- Note: One 8 x 10 Image may be replaced by a (2) 5” x 7” Images as long as both images are of the same corelation, meaning they must both be Vertical Images, or they must both be Horizontal Images, as that is the only way two can fit on the same page.
TRADITIONAL PARENT ALBUMS – Two styles & prices.
$400 Each (OR TWO FOR $750) Traditional Leather , Mat & Insert Style Album
- Parent Album consists of an 8” x 8” Padded Leather Album, with 12 Pages which will hold (24) 5” x 7” prints of your choice.
- Bride and Groom’s Name and Wedding Date embossed on front cover (if desired).
$175 Each (OR TWO FOR $300) Paper Mache’ Cover Album
- Parent Album consists of a 7” x 10” very Pretty, Handmade Paper Mache’ Type Album, with 20 Pages of Handcrafted, 100% recycled, wood-free cotton pulp paper, with Transparent overlay sheets separating each page. You then select (40) of your favorite Wedding Photos which will be printed as 4” x 6” prints, and mounted in the Album using classic corner photo hinges.
"THE DESIGNER SERIES COFFEE TABLE ALBUM PACKAGE" $4600 - $4800 - $5000
This Package includes as it’s Centerpiece, a Magnificent 10” x 15” Hingeless, Handcrafted Flush Album from Classic Album, LLC. Prints are coated with a water based finish and permanently mounted side by side, with a slight separation in the center. Album may be bound either Vertically or Horizontally.
- I’ll invite you to my 2500 Square Foot Offices and Studio Facility where we will use my Elinchrom Studio Lighting System and Professional Muslin or Hand Painted Canvas backdrops for a private, personal Pre-Bridal Portrait Shooting. If you wish to combine the two, we can also shoot an up to date engagement photograph of both the bride and the groom. Unlimited photographs will be shot during this session. You will receive a digital DVD proof disk with all of the images from which to select your choices for one each 16 x 24 Custom Print, and two 8 x 12 Custom Prints.
- This shoot must be scheduled & shot well prior to the actual wedding date.
- Unlimited Wedding Day photographic coverage by Rick Bacmanski (described in detail earlier in this text).

On a Wedding shoot of 2000 photographs, I estimate that your edited total will be in the neighborhood of 1900+. Not many bad ones! (This option is really great for Scrapbookers!)
- You will receive Digital DVD’s containing all of the FULL SIZE image files shot. This will allow you to print them, e-mail them, or show them and view them on your home or workplace computer.
- OPTIONAL: Additional Digital DVDsets will be available for purchase as gifts for Wedding attendants, relatives etc. for the price of $150 a set. Purchase 3 or more sets and the price drops to $100 a set.

These favorites will be used to build your "DESIGNER SERIES ALBUM", where the Talented Graphic Artists at Classic Album will create a Unique, Artistic Cutting Edge Lay-Out for a one-of-a-kind look! This Album may be bound either Vertically or Horizontally.
- With the "DESIGNER SERIES ALBUM". Expect another 6 to 8 weeks time for completion of the Album.
- $1500 deposit is due at the time of booking, $1500 more due before Wedding Day, $1000 is due at the time the "DESIGNER SERIES ALBUM" is ordered, and the balance is due upon receipt of the finished Album.
- For Weddings outside of the immediate Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, and Ithaca, New York area additional travel charges, flights, as well as lodging (in most cases) will be added to my standard pricing.

Optional Pre-Bridal, Engagement or Standard Professional Portrait Shoot Session -

Your Images will be uploaded to a Secure Viewing Website from which you may select your choices for one each 16 x 24 Custom Print, and two 8 x 12 Custom Prints which are included in the price of the shoot. After which you can order as many or as few additional prints, in many different sizes, as you wish.
- THIS SHOOT IS INCLUDED IN THE DESIGNER SERIES COFFEE TABLE ALBUM PACKAGE. This shoot must be scheduled & shot at a time well prior to the actual wedding date.

- Should you desire or require the services of a Second Photographer for specified periods or segments of your Wedding Day, this usually can be arranged (depending upon availability). Let’s talk about your specific needs, desires or requirements to give you an accurate, specific quote.
